For effective accountability, there are some measures to be taken:
- The strengten Parliament with strong and qualified staff and resources
- To build a culture of accountability in all institutions including decentralized entities and political parties
- To improve electoral systems
- To monitor all government projects, programmes and policies,
- To enhance good governance as a basis of all administration
- To strength the institutions of good governance, such as Ombudsman offices, Auditor General office, Revenue collections agencies, etc.
